  • We understand that resolving an immigration issue can be crucial for a client for a number of reasons such as continuing to reside or study in the UK. This is why we take great care when dealing with all of our immigration cases.

  • With Immigration rules frequently changing and updating, we ensure that our solicitors are all up to speed with developments in the law as this can be vital when dealing with your case.

  • We promise you the best service at the best prices. We exercise a fixed fee policy to avoid any hidden costs and charges.

  • Key Stages

  • • Conducting an initial consultation to collect detailed information about your situation, discussing the most suitable application to pursue, and considering other available options. This initial consultation will also include:

  • - Providing advice on the relevant rules and evaluating your eligibility to meet the required criteria.

  • - Guiding you on the necessary supporting evidence for your application and explaining the process in detail.

  • • Once the supporting evidence has been provided to us, we will carry out a detailed review within 1 week begin preparing the application form accordingly.

  • • At the time of the review If we identify any missing evidence we will provide you with further advice and assistance in obtaining any additional evidence, such as bank letters or statements, if necessary.

  • • We aim to submit all applications within 14 days a full file of supporting documents in line with the list we have prepared for you.

  • • Finally, within a further 7 days we will endeavour to book your biometric appointment at the relevant visa centre and upload all your supporting documents to the relevant portal in anticipation of your upcoming biometric appointment.

  • Time Scales for work completion

  • Once we receive your instructions, our goal is to prepare and submit your UK visa and immigration applications within 1-3 weeks. However, if we anticipate that it will take longer than this timeframe, we will notify you promptly. The exact time needed to prepare your application depends on the complexity of your case and how quickly we receive the required supporting evidence from you.
